Defining the product vision and strategy

Tonomy is a Telegram-based prediction platform built on TON. We designed a unique mini app experience and developed a custom smart contract to support event-based betting - all within Telegram's native environment.

We structured the full product logic from UX flows to blockchain mechanics. Special attention went to social interaction and trust signals inside the app - the things that actually make people participate.

From research to high-fidelity prototypes

We built the UX from scratch, designed intuitive betting flows, developed a custom TON smart contract, and implemented strong social mechanics to drive participation and organic virality.

All key engagement metrics improved after launch. The product achieved strong early traction inside Telegram's ecosystem with solid user participation rates.
