Defining the product vision and strategy
Mouse is a Telegram mini app where we rebuilt the entire product structure and introduced new gamification mechanics. The goal was to transform a basic game flow into a scalable retention engine that keeps people coming back.
We restructured the product logic from the ground up, redesigned the interface, and reworked the funnel to strengthen engagement loops. The focus was always on retention, clarity, and the metrics that actually drive growth.


Simplifying complexity without losing depth
The product had weak progression mechanics and a fragmented funnel. Core game metrics were stagnating because there was no structured engagement system holding the experience together.
Games don't grow from visuals. They grow from mechanics.

From research to high-fidelity prototypes
We redesigned the UX, introduced new niche mechanics, improved onboarding and reward loops, and strengthened the internal economy logic. Every single step in the funnel was optimized for engagement - nothing was left to chance.

Key game metrics increased 2-3x after implementation. The product moved from static gameplay to an active, self-reinforcing engagement system.
